RULE AND REGULATIONS

Student are expected to act in such a manner that an atmosphere conducive to effective study prevails in the hostel. The student must have full attendance in class, any idleness, and neglect of homework, disrespect, immoral conduct, habitual, violation of school/hostel rules will lead to strict disciplinary action or expulsion from school/hostel.
Both boys' and girl's inmates of the hostels are required to be in a proper decent behavior and in a healthy moral environment any violation will lead to strict disciplinary action or expulsion from school/hostel.
The female inmates of the hostel are not allowed to wear sleeveless, deep neck top or any cloth/ uniform which are improper and obscene according to school/hostel management. They are also not allowed to wear any kind of jewellery such as bracelet, ring, necklace and growing nails, use of nail paint or lipstick are strictly prohibited.
Boarders shall not leave the hostel without prior permission of the warden they shall apply to the Warden/Principal stating reason of leaving and address of destination. Boarders who leave without application and permission shall be deemed to be missing and Police authorities/parents may be intimated as such, and no liability or responsibilities of the school management will arise.
Male inmates of the hostel are advised to keep their hair and facial hair trimmed, short and in proper order, no earrings or tattoos are allowed.
All the students must speak in English only. If found in violation of this rules Rs. 100/- fine will be levied and strict disciplinary action will be taken.
Swearing, use of abusive language, possession of film magazine, pornography and obscene literature or any kind of comic books are strictly prohibited.
All boarders are required to attend the school in proper full neat and clean uniform otherwise they will not be allowed to attend the class.
Students are required to be aware of all notices that are put up on the Notice Boards.
The hostel wardens have full authority to check any room in the hostel at any time with or without the help from local administration.
Ragging is cognizable offence, punishable under the law and is strictly banned. Any student involved in any kind of ragging will be liable for immediate expulsion from the hostel/school.
Possession of fire arms, daggers, cycle chains, rods, iron or any other kind of weapons are strictly prohibited (Arms Acts.). Hostel inmates found in possession of the above will be handed over to the police or expelled from hostel immediately. No inquiry into the matter shall required.
Unauthorized guests or outsiders in the hostel room are strictly prohibited. Any kind of gundaisim threatening or injury caused by any kind of fight with the fellow students are offences which will attract disciplinary action amounting to expulsion from the hostel or school.
Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants and drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found consuming alcohol or drugs will be expelled from the hostel immediately. No inquiry into the matter shall be required.
Cooking food in the hostel room is strictly prohibited In order to avoid fire hazards, no fire producing equipments in the room is permitted.

Hostellers are warned not to keep valuable goods in their rooms. School management shall not be responsible for loss of such valuables.
Students shall have to abide by the decisions of the hostel wardens with respect to enforcement of the hostel rules failing which strict disciplinary action may be taken.
Possession of mobile pone, laptop, i-pod, radio, any kind of music system, electrical appliances such as heaters, electrical irons etc. are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to strict disciplinary action. No enquiry into te matter shall be required and entertained.
Hostellers are not allowed to keep cash with them. Parents can submit pocket money to the respective hostel deans.
Damage to the Hostel/School property such as doors, windows, electrical fittings, toilet fittings, glass panels etc. will lead to fine according to the cost of damage disciplinary action, expulsion from the hostel.
The boarders must keep their rooms neat and clean. They have to use waste paper baskets of their own in the rooms. Any waste found in hostel lobby is likely to get it cleaned by the residents of the lobby and a fine shall be realized from the resident in a combined manner as deemed fit by the hostel management. School will not be responsible for acts or student which lead to the disturbance of public peace and tranquility or cases of Law and Order in which they are knowingly or unknowingly involved in or outside the school premises.
Boarders shall treat their fellow boarders, institute staff, hostel, mess staff with dignity and decorum. No one should use the belongings of other students without their consent.
Boarders are not to patronize food, soft drinks, snacks, from unhygienic shops and road-side vendors to avoid infection to themselves and spreading amongst fellow boarders.
A student must remember that the hostel is the home of the students. he/she should behave himself/herself on the school as well as outside in such manner as to bring credit to him/her and to the Institution
Once admitted as a day Scholar/Boarders no changes will be made in between the academic sessions. If changes are done under unavoidable circumstances, then also there will be no change in fee for the current academic session.
Bus facilities will only be provided at the beginning of the session.
Note: A security money of Rs. 5,000/- will be deposited at the time of annual registration. Applicable only for student of classes IX & X
